Members are asked to keep a record of the volunteer hours they put in at their worksite. These figures are collated at the CHRL office and are a useful guide to the value of volunteer hours to our organisation and the environment. The figures are reported to funding bodies such as Coffs Harbour City Council and the Northern Rivers Catchment Management Authority, and may be used as “in-kind” contribution when applying for grants. Members of Coffs Harbour Regional Landcare receive assistance with Landcare projects and funding applications, and access to Council Environmental Levy funding on a needs basis. CHRL can assist with seeking volunteers, and facilitates training workshops and courses for members, as well as providing access to publications and other resources.
Annual membership fees are $5 for individuals and $20 for Incorporated Organisations.
Applications for membership are subject to approval at an Executive or General meeting.

Membership Application Form (M1)
The CHRL membership year coincides with the financial year. Subscriptions are due on the 1st July each year. Members wishing to renew their membership, and whose personal details are unchanged, are required to complete a membership renewal form and submit it to the CHRL office along with their subscription. Members whose personal details have chnaged should complete an M1 and note the changes.
